The blinds are high-quality blinds, exactly the same that you would find in an expensive shop. The difference is that the DIY approach and the direct-to-consumer approach keeps the prices significantly lower than anyone else. We ordered six blinds, from two side sliding doors to single windows, and they are all great. One little plastic part was broken. It took an email to their customer service to get a free replacement shipped, without any hassle. We will certainly buy again.
