My shades were taking longer than the 1-5 day processing and after contact with customer service, they immediately returned contact and got my order shipped quickly. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and willing to help out my situation.

I ordered my blinds and immediately responded to the "waiting period" they began work on my blinds and I received them on the date given. Took them out of the box but have not hung them yet. They are just what I wanted!

I purchased 4 blinds for one room. I liked so well I got 5 more to finish upstairs. Decided later I wanted the black out type for my room. All my windows are the same. So I ordered 4 blackout for my room and put the ones I had downstairs. I just ordered 10 more to finish whole house. They arrived yesterday and I'll finish putting up today. They are very easy to install and work great.
