Everyone who comes to my garden has remarked on your blinds. They are simple, practical, and elegant. I am more than pleased about the quality and the design. My handyman had no problem with installation. Just one comment,: my blinds did not come with the hold down brackets and elastic loop that was indicated on the order sheet and is included with the instructions. We live in a windy location and I do not want the blinds damaged.

I was happy with everything from the ordering, to the shipping and to the install. So easy and very pleased with the quality of my new blinds!

Ordered the honeycomb blinds almost 3 years ago, ordering was easy, delivery was quick - installing was super easy! A few weeks ago 2 of the blinds seams had opened, I called customer service, they sent me an email so I could attach a photo of each window, about 10 days later I received my new replacement blinds! This is the only warranty we have used that we didn't have to jump thru hoops to get something replaced!! Thank you so much!!
