I purchased a town house and needed to replace the old vertical blinds. I was not sure how to even measure. When I took the old ones down there was a label with American Blinds 1-800 number and the exact measurments that I needed to re-order. I have never ordered custom blinds and thought to myself that this was going to be a very expensive purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to their website. The prices were very reasonable. It was a very user friendly website and made ordering my blinds a piece of cake. I received my blinds in about 5 days. They were exactly what I ordered and all of the hardware was included. The instructions were step by step and I was able to get them hung in 30 minutes. I ordered the fabric vertical blinds instead of the metal or plastic. They look absolutely beautiful, AND they are washable is ever needed. I would definitely or blinds again from American Blinds. Quality product at a reasonable price!
