We have been very impressed with our order process so far. We ordered our samples during the Labor Day sale and as long as we ordered a product from those sample they honored the sale price about a week later. We then used the simple measuring chart they supply online, and called in our order. We saved 55%! Very happy about that. Emails from the company have kept us appraised of production and shipping. They should arrive soon. We will post more once they are installed.

I needed to fit a Premier Wood Blind between two cabinets and did not realize that it came with a valance that was an inch wider than the blind. I called, spoke to Joe and they were very accommodating in helping us solve the issue.

I ordered fabric samples before I ordered my roman shades. I received them quickly and was able to choose the fabric that worked best for me. The measuring instructions on the site are clear and easy to follow. I don't trust myself, so I did chat online with a representative just be safe regarding my measurements. Once I ordered, my shades were delivered in the promised time frame. Hanging was easy with the enclosed hardware and instructions. I am so happy with the way they turned out that I am ordering more for another room. All this at about 1/2 the cost of the giant home stores and blind stores!

We rec'd our 3 shades 2 days ago. We installed them the same day they arrived & all 3 windows had their shades up & working in less than an hour. We love them...we have the Premium, light filtering, top & bottom adjusting and they fit perfectly, operate easily and they look just great! Also, the service was excellent when we ordered.
