The website walks you through the process and explains they will make the blinds 1/8" smaller than the order which helps when deciding which way to round. Periodic e-mails are sent detailing where your blinds are at in the process. I received my blinds in less than two weeks.

Ordered blinds for a small window. I was concerned about measurements. I gave exact measurement for an inside mount, and hoped there would be some wiggle room for good fit. The blinds are a great fit! The color Was just what I hoped it would be. Easy enough for this grandmother to install myself! They operate beautifully. Received them in a week! Packing was very good, they arrived in perfect shape. I plan to order for other rooms!
