I went online to order 6 blinds. I entered the information for 4 of the blinds, but I did not yet have the measurements for 2 of the blinds. These 2 blinds were to cover one very large window. All of the blinds were for our lake house so I could not get the measurements until the following weekend. In the meantime I received an email from a customer service representative inquiring about the information I had entered online and telling me to contact her directly if I had any questions. I contacted her and explained why I had not placed the order yet. She told me to contact her after I got the measurements for the very large window. When I contacted her with the final measurements, she told me exactly what size each of these blinds needed to be. Without her help, I would have ordered the wrong sizes for these two blinds.
