First off, I LOVE my Honeycomb cellular blinds! They were very easy to install. I'm an 80 year old and did it myself. They look so elegant and modern on my windows. No more washing curtains and such. A valance across the top adds to the beauty of the blinds.
I purchased some of my blinds in 2016 and others in 2017. For some unknown reason, one of the blinds from 2016 had a problem. I thought I would just have to live with it. Then a few days ago (2018) I noticed that another blind had developed a split. So, I decided to visit the Select Blinds web page thinking I would need to buy a replacement.
To my surprise, I found that both blinds were still under warranty! I did NOT expect that because most places say you're out of luck after 90 days! So, I contacted Select Blinds and got an immediate answer. They asked for pictures, which I sent. I got an email this morning saying that replacement blinds had been ordered and are being shipped to me. That is what you call amazing customer service! They are so easy to work with and so cooperative. I was really shocked because so many places today don't care once they get your money. This is a GREAT place to do business and I highly recommend them. The products are top of the line and you can NOT beat the customer service. You can buy with confidence!!
