I have ordered at least 5 different blinds from Select Blinds since 2015, and am extremely happy with the quality and service of the company. Recently one of my (top down, bottom up)blinds developed a frayed cord in the system. I called the company and talked with Tiffany who was extremely courteous and helpful. She looked up my order and asked me to send photos of the defect. Within 24 hours she got back to me to tell me that a new blind was being made to replace the frayed one. The new blind arrived a week later and fit perfectly. How could I not give them 5 stars for this level of service! Thank you, I will only buy from SelectBlinds.com in the future.
