Your service agent was very helpful when he sent me an image of how the bracket was installed for the blinds I received. The reason I was confused was because your company included the instructions in only one blind package out of the 4 I ordered. You would be best to include the info in all packages. I opened one of the blind packages without the info I needed to know to install them. ~ Jerry
