I ordered 3 sets of top down bottom up shades back in October, the shades arrived and were easily installed and fit perfectly. They were all functioning as described, but in February, one of the shades would not stay in the up position. I contacted SelectBlinds customer service, they were super kind, asked me to send them some photos, and in less than a week, I received a new shade, no charge. This experience with them has been amazing and seamless, from my initial contact with them to resolving my issue and the timeliness of receiving a replacement shade. I will definitely be using them again, and will recommend them to my friends. They are an amazing Team of professionals, and stand behind their product.
