He went above and beyond finding the information I needed, was kindly sympathetic at my frustration in the process of choosing window treatments and exuded patience and helpfulness.

I measured incorrectly and the exchange process was so easy and fast and the rep (AJ ) gave me all the help I needed to save money and more!

I received my blinds today (a day earlier than expected) and they were too big (my mistake). I called Customer Service to see if I could return them and have them cut down to the right size. The representative told me no, but they could solve my problem without issue. In 8 days, I'll have new blinds for only the cost of shipping. What an amazing service. I will definitely be buying blinds from Select Blinds when I need another set. Thank you for being so amazing!

The SelectBlinds site is very well designed. It is easy to navigate and has very easy to follow instructions for ordering your blinds. One of the better retail sites out there.
