My first order arrived by FedEx with the long box severely bent. Blinds had major damage upon opening. I'd taken photos of unopened box as well as bent blinds inside. One phone call and uploaded my photos to customer service had my order on remake the same day. Second order arrived quick and damage free. No hassle, no returning of the damaged blinds. Very happy how smoothly and efficiently my problem was handled.
