We ordered two Select Core Honeycomb shades for our bedroom. The ordering procedure was easy and the shades arrived as promise. However, one of the shades was shorter, by about 6", than what was ordered. I contacted customer service. They asked me to send a picture of the short length shade after which a replacement shade was ordered and shipped to me at no cost. Customer service was friendly, cordial and very responsive to my issue and they responded without any argument or unreasonable demands. I would definitely order again from them.
