I had a small problem with the blind when it came that involved the height of the blind. (it had been made to short) I called customer service and they were great to work with. They ordered a remake of the blind and sent it. The remake fit perfectly and looks great. It was great to work with a company that believes in taking care of their customers. Would recommend them as a source for your blinds.
