Ordered a cellular shade to fit our custom kitchen late on a Monday night. Received confirmation a short time later confirming my order. Realized my wife the following morning that she was not short but “fun sized” and would find it difficult to open the cordless shade to any height. Contacted “Select Blinds” the following morning and spoke to their Customer Service Rep who quickly guided me through an alternated design on their website and selected a perfect alternative. I was hesitant to order blinds online but this experience exceeded my expectations! The website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to enter the dimensions I needed, down to 1/8 inch and the measuring and installation instructions were easy to follow. Shortly after ordering I realized I ordered the wrong style - I called customer service expecting to have to cancel and re-order, but they changed it over the phone. My blinds arrived quickly and are of good quality. Highly recommend this company.
