We ordered a roller shade to cover our sliding glass door at night. We were hesitant to order it from an online store, but we are glad we chose Select Blinds over the local blind store. The shade arrived sooner than expected. The shade material and construction are both high quality and it looks beautiful. I recommend the fabric covered cassette. I will order from Select Blinds again in the future.

Pleased with Purchase

I ordered 9 roller shades and all arrived looking as advertised, well-packaged and in good condition. Each shade had been sized accurately according to measurements I'd provided, and once I'd gotten used to the installation process, all 9 shades went up without a hitch. They fit my windows perfectly -- very happy with my new shades!

Attractive but poor function

We love the way the blind looks on our window. The size was perfect. We had some difficulty installing it but the main problem is that it does not stay down at the position we would like it. We have to raise and lower it multiple times to get it to catch despite adjusting the tension several times. now the edges are starting to fray after just three weeks.

We are pretty disappointed in our order. We ordered 5 shades of different sizes and lengths. They all roll up at different speeds, and when fully rolled up, they hang at different lengths. When we contacted customer service, we were required to take several pictures, zoomed in and standing back as well as send measurements. This felt like insult to injury. 3 of the 5 shades hang 6-7inches when fully retracted, 1 hangs 3-4 inchs, and 1 rolls up completely. Looks very messy since they're all in the same room and when we chose this style of shade so as not to block the window.
