Customer service has major issues



I ordered some blinds again from Select Blinds because I have had a good experience in the past. This time was very different. I had some parts missing and a broken part with my order and I promptly went to call customer service. YOU CAN'T CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Apparently no one in the company has a phone and they now force you to text, chat, or email them with problems. My front windows are without blinds still and it has been 7 days since my initial order was received. The whole customer service process has been extremely frustrating and when I called the sales desk, which are very helpful, they expressed their frustration with the customer service in the company as well. The sales team has a phone number, but because they are the only people in the company with access to a phone, they field customer service calls and can't do anything about it. I asked numerous times to talk with a "live" person on the phone and no one on the customer service side of things has the ability to ever talk to any customers, and that is terrible. I will not be recommending Select Blinds again until they fix their broken customer service. The order that I finally did receive for my broken and missing parts at just 1 small part in an envelope and nothing else. I was assured that my other parts were on the way, but never received a tracking number for them, which leads me to believe they were forgotten. This all could have been cleared up if I could have spoken with someone initially for 5 minutes and it would have saved me about 3 hours of emails, texts and worthless chats. I have confirmation of all my correspondence and I know they do too, so it is even more frustrating that they can't get it right.

My Grandson is thrilled and so am I!!



I bought a total of 8 blinds. They all fit perfectly and look awesome on the windows. The blinds are a quality product for sure. We are so happy with them.

Fabulous Blinds



Purchased in white and they really refreshed my living room - amazing how much the color can make a difference. Old blinds were over 20 years old and had become stiff and off color. These were easy to install and they are so easy to operate when lifting. My only problem was a mistake I made by measuring the window incorrectly (I learned the value of 1/4")! Lucky for me, the blind fit in one of the windows in my living room of the "same size". Select Blinds is very precise in cutting items to fit which is why I love them so much. I went ahead and ordered a new blind of the correct size for my office plus a second blind for my living room.
