I am so impressed with my blinds. I was so skeptical of being able to order blinds on-line. In the past I had a company come out and measure, set up the order, and install the blinds. The instructions provided by Select Blinds were easy to follow, both measuring for the blinds and installation of the blinds. The quality of the blinds is phenomenal. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They arrived in a very timely manner and packaged securely. I am so pleased. I will definitely use this company in the future for other windows.

Received 2 of my TDBU blackouts and one was broken. Appears as though mishandled when custom cut. Customer service responded right away and processed replacement immediately.

Able to sleep in darkness now!

I am very happy with the blinds I ordered. When I originally ordered the blinds I made an error.(Totally my fault) I ordered the wrong product. I wanted Top Down Bottom Up but mistakenly ordered a different product. Select Blinds very nicely accepted the blinds on return and gave me store credit so that I could re-order what I wanted.(I did have to pay for return shipping which was fine). So I would say that they back their products up. I am happy with the appearance of what I bought even though I did not purchase their top of the line product.
