Poor quality, for the money. Online instructions said to add inches, DONT. They're NOT standing by the fit guarantee. Cheap, the wrinkles never came out even after steaming. Looks awful. The stitching is not even. The instructions came had NO words, you have to "figure" it out, and it wasn't easy. Half of the parts it showed for hanging on the ceiling were not provided. The panels barley hang on the track, they do not click in, they hang loosely, and when moving they fall to the floor. Would never order again, so disappointed. Spent over 2,000.

I will begin by saying that the cellular blinds made by Select Blinds were of very good quality. However, the quality of the Architect Blackout Panel Track was unacceptably low. First, the track itself was a thin, flimsy piece of metal that, even with correct installation, has not remained firmly in place. Second, the shade material felt and appeared thin and chintzy, and it wrinkled almost immediately upon hanging. It also took significant work to secure it without it falling off the flimsy track repeatedly. I sent a video of this happening to customer support in hopes for some degree of refund or meeting me halfway, but they did nothing to help and simply asked questions about how it was installed, which was a verbal distraction from the overall quality problems. The overall appearance of the item is, from my perspective, like something you would order out of a cheap home goods catalogue and not at all reflective of the high quality that the exorbitant price point would suggest. I would not have minded paying $60-$100 for this item, but well over $500 as a 40% discount (close to $1,000 full price for a sliding door)?! A reasonable person would likely agree that this is scandalously overpriced for the quality, appearance, and construction.
