This was a second order, prompted by our satisfaction with our first order. Actually prompted by a failed blind that would not roll up after one year of usage. They promptly shipped a replacement and did not ask for the failed blind to be returned. THAT IS EXCELLENT SERVICE/WARRANTY AFTER THE SALE.

The blinds are better than expected

The blinds are great. The company lived up to their delivery date. Everything was packaged perfectly. Everything was correct and fit perfectly. They were very easy to install. They bind the whole room together. From their website to the end result, the company is very honorable and great to deal with.
