Incredible Customer Service



I have made several orders from your store, all products have been excellent and the fit is incredible. This order was for 4 large shutters for the front of my home. I have Anderson windows with a larger lower sash than upper sash. When I ordered the shutters, I worked with a specialist to ensure the split in the shutter was larger on bottom (not in the middle). The order was not made correctly in the factory, and when I called my rep to inform her such, she immediately got to work on the solution. I received another set of shutters within two weeks that were perfect. No additional work or anything on my end. The installation was easy. AWESOME company, products , & customer service. Love the overall look and function of the faux wood interior shutters. I've gotten many compliments on them. With the divider rail there are many options for light and privacy control. Select blinds customer service has always been wonderful to work with. Love the 4 1/2 in louver. Wish they carried an option for my sliding doors.
