Your site is misleading. Also the design service. I am so sorry that i recommended these blinds to my daughter. I purchased these for my home. My husband installed them and I was most happy. The customer service/design person was excellent. First she placed the order. We were notified that the fabric was not available. So we waited. We got the order and my husband tried to install them. Countless times. He had done it before. We called customer service and that’s when the nightmare began. You pay almost $1,000 for one window and the blinds just don’t work as described. We ordered the remote system with the motor same as mine. U can’t talk to people only Text. Each time you get someone different. U get written instructions which don’t work. You try YouTube
Still does not work. Someone lets you know you will be sent a new motor. Then a few days later someone else says they will send more directions. They do and it’s the same ones they sent before. Finally my husband talk to a Live person. They said we will not receive a new motor. He gave us a phone number for the factory. My husband took off from work and called the factory and now they say we need a new Remote ?? of course we don’t have the name or number of the guy who told us to call the factory. I can only apologize to my daughter. Right now the blinds still don’t work. We even send a video of our installation. Blind Still Don’t Work. Where do we go from here?
