There was a delay of about one week in my order (due to materials delay) but it was well worth the wait. Shade materials and fit and finish are great. The two shades I ordered for my covered deck area work flawlessly and took about 30 minutes to install both. Installation instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The tension of one of the shades had to be adjusted because it was too loose which prevented the shade from self-retracting fully. After following directions in the instruction manual we were able to adjust the tension to allow the shade to easily self retract.
The shades have allowed us to enjoy sitting outdoors during peak sunny times during the day. Added benefit is that we've noticed the shading has decreased the temperature in the covered deck area AND has been an effective way of limiting the sun fading of our deck furniture.
