My blinds arrived a little later than expected but they were worth the wait. Customer service helped me out when I realized I had measured wrong and had to reorder. This actually saved me a lot of money.

All in all, a good experience. I followed the instructions, then double-checked all the measurements before sending in the order. The order was back-ordered for a short time, but they kept me updated all along. Getting ready to order some more.
