If I would have to do this all over again, I would have went to Lowe’s or Home Depot, because of the poor customer service that I received here more than once. I got sent the wrong head rail and it was your fault not mine. I wanted to speak to a manager on a numerous amount of occasions and no one called me. I was lied about when the new one would get sent. And it ended up taking another two weeks for me to get the head rail that I should have gotten. Most of the time I reached out no one knew what was going on. So frustrating!!!! Finally, we have put the blinds up. They do look nice slightly darker than what I wanted but it’s fine. The piece that moves the blinds is white and it’s the only white piece out of the whole blinds because I got brown. And obviously I’m not getting in touch with you guys again so I’m going to have to spray paint it or some thing because that part looks bad. Customer service is a big part in business. You guys say you’re gonna have a worry free environment that customer is so important to you, but you clearly you don’t care. This shouldn’t have happened. This problem could have been resolved from the beginning if a manager contacted me. So for the reviewers out there save your money and go somewhere else.
