1 of 5 blinds I ordered was a dud. Not very good odds at these prices. Install instructions were out of date and unclear. Warranty services rep was incredibly rude. After I filed a claim they insisted on scheduling a call to repeat the troubleshooting steps, didn’t show up for the scheduled call, and rather than take any sort of responsibility, made it clear my experience didn’t matter.
