First of Customer service answers the phone with a human being,..very cool. This person new the product line and made intelligent recommendations. The product arrived on time packed properly. The product that arrived matched my order perfectly,...with no surprises. Price was reasonable,with no last minute added charges. BRAVO!

Solid but a bit clunky looking



The appearance is a little clunkier than expected. The valance is just a blind slat that clips to the front, which doesn't make for the cleanest look. Otherwise totally satisfied, though.
