This company seems to offer very user friendly experience for the uninitiated, but unless you are an interior designer, or have hung blinds and curtains before, DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have never hung blinds or curtains, that was my mistake. I assumed if I measured my window accurately and paid an exorbitant price for some designer curtains, this company would send me everything I needed. Nothing could be further from the truth. For over $300 I received one curtain panel for a very large living room window. No hardware was provided, fine, I ordered it separately. When it arrived I realized too late that the $300 panel would not slide across a rod with a support in the middle, again I have never set up curtains or blinds and was not aware. So after paying for the one panel and curtains rods, I find myself needing to spend even more money to buy another panel. I just wanted to get some nice, not too expensive, but kinda expensive curtains, and now I am in this for more than $700. A frustrating and humbling experience to say the least.
