I purchased 2 of the motorized solar shades with 2 remotes, 2 chargers and 4 of the regular solar shades. I was very impressed with the quality and how easy the installation was for both types of shades. Setting up the remotes was also a breeze. The step by step measuring guide was a real help it gave me the confidence my order would be correct when it cam in.

Love my Solar Shades

I ordered a total of 9 shades (7 with remote & 2 with motorized wand). They came nicely packaged and very easy to install. Select Blinds, however, made a mistake and sent me 2 shades with the manual chain pull instead of the motorized wand. They’re replacing them for me so it’ll be another week or so for me to receive them. The remote looks nice and the shades function nicely as well. It transformed my home very modern looking and people are very impressed when they see the shades roll up & down automatically. Definitely saved a lot of money by buying through Select Blinds and installing them myself. I love these shades so much that I ordered another one for my dining room window that I wasn’t even going to put shades there.

Very poor customer service

I ordered my blinds and they came in a decent amount of time but I did not recieve my Wi Fi bridge that I had ordered as well. I contacted customer service 3 times before I got a tracking number stating the item is being shipped. I've had the blinds installed for a couple of months and still cant use them. Best I can tell the quality is good but the customer setvice is lousy.
