I ordered my blinds and they came in a decent amount of time but I did not recieve my Wi Fi bridge that I had ordered as well. I contacted customer service 3 times before I got a tracking number stating the item is being shipped. I've had the blinds installed for a couple of months and still cant use them. Best I can tell the quality is good but the customer setvice is lousy.
