My wife and I saw a billboard announcing [link removed] And since we were replacing our current blinds, took a chance. Could not be happier with our decision.
The website is extremely well constructed (better than I have seen in a long while). All "boxes" were simple to use and all of them worked as designed. The available selections were overwhelming and instructions on completing the order were clear, concise.
The blinds are very well constructed and crazy simple to install. All boxes and brackets were well marked. Products were very well packaged (lot of recyclable material) and received without any damage or missing parts; blinds were labeled as to the proper installation location(s); installation instructions were specific and had adequate illustrations.
Of interest, the mounting header sets out about 2" from the wall frame and could be a problem for some installations. This was not an issue for us since we are installing curtains from Selectblinds that will cover the "gap."
