Unpacking problem



Blinds are good BUT, when you take the blind out of the box the control strings are wrapped around the ends of the blinds and then covered in protective tape which requires cutting off. In cutting off the tape I inadvertently cut through the control strings. This has meant that the blinds do not work properly
