I originally purchased 9 blinds. All were correct, except for two. After multiple attempts at contacting a live person at customer service, I finally spoke to an agent. They determined that it was my fault. The blinds did not fit and they charged me for the replacement. After receiving the wrong replacements, they wanted me to pay a third time. During this several week ordeal two of the blinds that fit initially started warping after only three weeks. Pictures were sent and they confirmed they were warping and decided to replace them. They sent me two completely different size blinds as replacements. I reached back out to customer service who advised me I would need to pay for a fourth time to get the blinds replaced. I’ve dealt with a lot of companies over the years and I’ve not seen many with a worse customer service response.
