The blinds are ok, but the customer service is terrible. I ordered custom blinds to meet the exact measurement of my baby's nursery and the order arrived about 0.25 inches less than what I had ordered. They are too small for the window and are letting in a ton of light. I called customer service and they said the manufacturer takes off some width at production and it was something I had to live with. Given that, I opted fix it by ordering a replacement for one set of blinds that I had to pay shipping for, but the 2nd one I would need to pay for. I asked the rep to cover both since it was not evident that that the width would be shorter than my window when I ordered and she said it wad my fault. Veronica was my customer service rep and was probably the most rude and unhelpful person I have dealt with in years. I had a similar issue with blinds I ordered from Home Depot several years back and was able to return and replace at no cost without any questions. All that to say, avoid this company and their terrible customer service. Stick with a reputable company like Home Depot that values customers and return business. This is disappointing, because I try and support companies that are not big box, but this was not the one to support.
