I ordered 2 Architect Blackout Rollers with an exposed roll. When selecting this option, the picture on the site shows the back of the fabric is the same color as the front. But when I received the blinds, to my surprise, the back is completely white. After talking twice with customer support they said there was nothing they could do. I offered to pay the extra to get the cassette with fabric insert or the aluminum fascia. That was a no go too. Only solution: buying new blinds and paying again. Really dissapointed with Select Blids. Never ordering again.
