The plastic end covers of the almost: almost all of the 6 were broken and the ends are just barely hanging on. I will have to double side tape them on. The pin of the motorized roller shade didn’t fit into the bracket very well.

Nice blinds



The blinds look nice. Measurements when received were correct. Fabric is really nice. The end plastic covers on the headrail were not the ideal color. Reason for the 4 star. I picked "off white" they looked more like old plastic that was white and yellowed over time. I called and requested if I can get the gray headrail covers they did send them to me no charge. That was nice. The gray didnt match the headrail well. Keeping the Off White on. Two were damaged upon shipping. Customer service was super helpful getting those replaced. Over all a good product.

Defective Assembly



We ordered one blind to assess style and fit. It seemed fine, so we ordered three more for the room. The other three blinds were horribly assembled. The end caps for the top cassette did not fit properly and would not stay in place. Worse, the roller was detached upon delivery and could not be reassembled because it did not fit the cassette properly. Look elsewhere if you want quality. Made in China. Big surpricse.
