The production and delivery on these was fairly quick considering the times we are going through. The installation was HORRIBLE. The instruction manual was all pictures, barely any words. The illustrations were poor leaving my husband to pretty much figure out for himself how to hang the blinds. For the price I paid, i am pretty disappointed in the material of the product. They are almost a paper-like material. Very cheap, thin and just makes me worry that they will tear much sooner. For the amount paid, I will hope they last me a decent time. 700+ dollars later for 4 panels of paper material ... I am giving the benefit of the doubt

I installed 1 of 3 slidering door panel tracks myself, and hired experts to finish the job. The pieces kept falling off the slider track and were impossible for me to put back on. The experts had to take each of them apart to slide back on as they continued to fall off during their installation. There were no instructions on how they should be put back on, but I feel they should never have fallen off. I also ordered cornices to cover the metal tracks. We learned the hard way that the cornices have to be installed before you can assemble the tracks - no way to screw them into the wall otherwise. No instructions on which steps should be done in what order. I was also disappointed in the help I received when ordering as to how to determine proper length. I did what was advised - "add a couple of inches", but they are still too short. In order to have them be the proper length, I would have had to have the trim around the doors either removed or cut into. So I'm going to live with them too short. The quality of the cornices is also disappointing- poorly stapled together. So, all in all, I was disappointed with the experience. I like the look of the product from a distance and am praying they will hold up. But, I don't have a lot of confidence. I cannot recommend this product to others..

Poor quality. If you accidentally bend the polyester panel fabric at all it permanently damages it. If ordering with Cornice boards the instructions are extremely poor. Installation was very difficult. The Cornice board did not even come with the screws to connect the brackets to the Cornice board.
