Replacement Blinds



Price was reasonable (could always be better)................very nice appearance and easier to use vs. faux wood blinds (very heavy) which I replaced. Instruction for installation bracket (diagram) was not very clear, but once you figure it out = very easy install.

Less Than Expected



For the money paid I must say I should have gone to a big box store. The end caps while made from metal seem cheap and don't lock into place properly. It wouldn't take much for the end on one of my blinds to fall out. The second issue I have is the draw cords. They don't lock and keep sliding down leaving me standing there to play with them to lock like they should.

1-inch Aluminum Mini Blinds



The pkg arrived when you anticipated it would arrive. It was a long lead time but it was workable because you told me up front when it would probably ship. The pkg came with all parts and mounting hardware, but with no instructions. It wasn't a problem for me because I've installed your blinds before, but it would have been a problem if it was the 1st time I saw it. Everything is installed, looks good, good quality.
