Expectations met



Overall well worth the money spent. We did have to wait 2 months for our order. But we did place the order on black Friday, so there's that. Installation was straight forward. Only issue is out of 17 blinds ordered 2 have individual slates with small chips in the wood. Barely noticeable but still not perfect. I just installed them so I haven't contacted the company yet about it. Hopefully there's a simple solution provided.

I've been ordering blinds from Select blinds for 15 years. the 2" wood blind I had been ordering was discontinued so I ordered the 2" Modern Blinds this time. The color I chose was woodland snow as I thought it was closest to my previous color, but it actually has a pink hue to it. The tilt cords are very short and the valence DOES not come with magnets. I called Select Blinds andthey told me it indicates that on the order site, but if it does, it is buried because I can't find it. I will be reordering, but changing to Basswood, as I saw on comments it does have the magnetic valences I've been use to.

I ordered two of the exact same blinds for two windows I have. There was an unexpected back order, which we understood due to supply chain issues. When we received our product 2 months after ordering, we were very excited. We installed the first set, which looked great. The second set however, was poorly constructed. The second set will not properly raise or lower and is missing center strings that help it raise and lower. We immediately contacted support and have been waiting for over a week with no response. We were told we would hear back in 1-2 business days, but it has been far beyond that point. I wanted to give these a good review, but until the company properly responds and helps figure out a solution for our defective product, we cannot do that. Prospective buyers beware.
