Ordered 2 exterior large patio solar shades. 1st shade went up uneventful. The cord tension bracket is plastic and stripped when screwed together. The 2nd blind was installed and when we lowered the blind, the entire blind fell out of the head rail, hitting my foot...ouch. These are 90 inches wide. Notified the company and am awaiting instructions. Will post results.

Great Product



I originally purchased 2 solar shades for my back screened in patio. They were very easy to install and more importantly, customer service is fantastic. I ordered 2 more and could not be happier how they look. Easy process from start to finish.
