Let's start with my sales contact......Chris Burns, his professionalism, product knowledge, attention to detail, response time and patience with me was exceptional. I bought a total of 8 shades all honeycomb/cellular but 3 different styles.
Once purchased the communication with regards to the time to build, ship and day of delivery was spot on, and all arrived early. The packaging was superb.
Finally with regards to the product I could not be happier! Colors are true, hardware/moving parts in perfect harmony and fit my windows perfectly.
In closing, once again, I’m making a big deal of everyone’s involvement because all of you deserve it! I have enjoyed a hospitality career for over forty years in hotels and event/meeting management. My attention to detail is razor sharp and really not easy to satisfy. I will say it again, congrats to everyone who touched my order. It was an amazing performance with white glove results!
