Bought 4 shades for 48w x 72 h windows over last many years from same big name shade/blind installation company. No complaints about any of those, other than they were all very expensive! After reading reviews here and in NY Times decided to order here to replace one existing shade with a blackout version. Was a little nervous about measuring installing etc. ordered free samples that came right away. Talked at length with customer service… quite helpful! Shade arrived in a few weeks as scheduled. Husband followed good directions for installation. Took a little longer since our window frame is metal.. drilling hole in metal, then needed to run over to hardware store and buy some metal screws. But it looks great and does the job of blocking out early light in east facing big window. Found the activating button a bit quirky initially, but now manage it easily. Saved ourselves a BOATLOAD of money!
