I measured correctly, paid to have the blind hung and all was measured and hung correctly. The shade would bounce back after pulling it down leaving space between sill and shade. I wrote to the company and they required a video to prove my claim. It was a bit vicarious because I had no one to help me and had to maneuver the blind and video at the same time. I was new to the area, just bought a house and my handyman was finished and gone. Select Blinds then said I had to remove the blind, package up and send back. Of course they did not consider I would have to pay someone to take it down and pay to have the correctly made blind installed. I just am living with a blackout blind that has light that streams in at the bottom. I will never order from this company again.
