Bought for my door. 22”w c 42 l. Cordless pull down outside mount This is my 5th shade purchase all different types. Every one has been spot on for measurement and exactly the color shown. Very easy to hang - never any missing parts. Ships “fairly” quickly. They keep you posted on the status of your order.

We are overall very satisfied with SelectBlinds and its customer service, samples, variety, ordering process, shipping time, packaging, product, and follow-up contact. The received double cell light filtering honeycomb blinds are of high quality material, design, and construction.  SelectBlind's fabric is much thicker and studier than other competitors (when compared with their samples).  Hopefully this denser cloth-like poly material will be more durable and tear resistant, especially on windy days. The two sets of cordless blinds were easy to install, after watching their short online video.  The instruction booklet was difficult to read due to tiny text size.  Recommend printing with larger fonts and illustrations. It took about 10 minutes for one of the three brackets to click-in securely.  We discovered that tightening the rear screws is key, allowing the bracket's mounting tab to properly engage into headrail's groove.  Otherwise the protruding screw head obstructed the connection. First set of blinds was perfect in sizing, but the second set was1/8 inch too long in width (two different sets were ordered a week apart but with exact same measurements).  This created a combined 1/4 inch overage when the two rail heads were internally mounted immediately next to each other within the same window opening.  We had to adjust the spacing (air gap between glass pane to blinds) to enable the two blinds to fit into the single frame. Nevertheless, both sets of blinds look terrific and operate smoothly.  We are very pleased with the cordless up-down and down-up lift features.  It offers more variety in both viewing the world outside and changing the lighting and ambience within. The double-cell honeycomb design seems very effective in helping insulate the interior.  There is a significantly noticeable improvement in room temperature, as compared with the previous drafty vinyl mini-blinds.  Hopefully this will translate into lower heating bills. The double-cell construction, soft fabric, and trapped air also seems to attenuate outside noises, but only slightly.  Loud traffic noises are still heard, but lower background sounds are now barely perceptible. SelectBlind's website is very descriptive and well layed out, but was extremely time consuming to navigate.  It needs better filtering to display products being searched for.  Recommend a more detailed dropdown menu to refine search results to a manageable few numbers.  We echo another customer's review suggesting SelectBlinds have more vivid colors.  It seems the really desirable colors are considerably more expensive, and less affordable to msny of us, especially when purchasing enmass.  There is ample color choices, but more bold color intensity would be welcomed, especially when the fabric will eventually fade in direct sunlight. Overall a very good experience with SelectBlinds and our new double-cell honeycomb blinds.  We just have too wait until the prices come down, as they fluctuate dramatically throughout the year.  We noticed the prices are much lower during certain months, and actually higher when there are sale specials.  We wished we had ordered back in August when the prices were the lowest. We highly recommend SelectBlind for its overall value, quality material, fine craftmanship, excellent products, and customer service.

So estimated times, are nit estimated times as the company is fully aware that the product is not manufactured in the United States. Received within revised delivery dates (revised as soon as I ordered, see above), with no instructions and missing brackets. Call into customer service and they have gone ALL DIGITAL. I've ordered multiple times from this company. Love the blinds. Customer service is good when something goes wrong BUT the clips used for these particular blinds are absolutely horrible. Designed different with the back of the blind held in the middle of the clip by a fraction of a piece of metal. Literallly took 2 hours to get them to clip and they are constantly coming un-clipped. Please redesign the clips or use the type that come with your other blinds. These are awful.
