Let me preface my review with the fact that I have purchased several Select Blind products and found the quality good. These not at all.
1) Obvious gaps/openings. This should not happen regardless of the purchase of optional channel panel inserts. In other words, when the blinds are closed there are places where you can see out and others can see in.
2) The blinds do not even open 90 degrees. The expectation would be that they would duplicate what we have which will open and rotate in both directions a full 180 degrees.
3) The blinds do not stack uniformly. There are panels that are apparently sticking out instead of a flat presentation.
4) The photos you display on line are misrepresentations as the weights are not visible.
I sent plenty of photo documentation. My request was for a refund, not a remake as in my opinion these blinds were inferior. Unfortunately, after review, the request was denied. SB was emphatic that just because we did not purchase the OPTIONAL panel inserts there should obviously be no concern about the fact that you can see through openings. I really wish we could post the photos on line so that others could see for themselves. Disappointed that SB was not more responsive to customer satisfaction.
