Beautiful Blind



We installed this blind on a patio door and installation was easy. The rounded corners on the header look really nice and I love the easy operation with the wand. The weights in the vanes help keep the vanes in place when opening and closing the blind.

Worst Vertical Blinds Ever



Let me preface my review with the fact that I have purchased several Select Blind products and found the quality good. These not at all. 1) Obvious gaps/openings. This should not happen regardless of the purchase of optional channel panel inserts. In other words, when the blinds are closed there are places where you can see out and others can see in. 2) The blinds do not even open 90 degrees. The expectation would be that they would duplicate what we have which will open and rotate in both directions a full 180 degrees. 3) The blinds do not stack uniformly. There are panels that are apparently sticking out instead of a flat presentation. 4) The photos you display on line are misrepresentations as the weights are not visible. I sent plenty of photo documentation. My request was for a refund, not a remake as in my opinion these blinds were inferior. Unfortunately, after review, the request was denied. SB was emphatic that just because we did not purchase the OPTIONAL panel inserts there should obviously be no concern about the fact that you can see through openings. I really wish we could post the photos on line so that others could see for themselves. Disappointed that SB was not more responsive to customer satisfaction.

Customer Care - F
Customer Care deserves an F for their concern about their customers. Select Blind makes it impossible to actually speak to a customer service representative. Customers are urged to chat via the website or through text. Once on the text or website response from the customer service department take over 5 minutes to get a response. Once you get a response all that Customer Service will say is "I'm sorry for the delay". My issue dealt with fabric vertical blinds where only one of two boxes were sent, and the box that arrived was heavily damaged. After waiting 5 days after contacting customer service regarding my order I had to reach out to customer service to find out what the status was. At that point I was asked via text if I wanted a remake or a refund. I stated I wanted a refund and asked for confirmation that I was being issued a refund. the customer service rep said they do not send email confirmation and that my text can serve as confirmation. My recommendation to any future customers is stay away from this company.

Great experience. Skylar took my order and was professional and kind. Product arrived two days early. I am 70 years old but this was so easy to install that I actually thought that I must be doing something wrong, all done in less than an hour. Looks wonderful. Thanks for a great product.
