The blinds were very late with the shipment. It took over a month to get them. When we did get them, they were damaged. I have photos of the damage but unable to attach them to this review.
1) The valance was bent in two places, one pretty bad.
2) The entire valance was bent like a banana.
3) There were several scratches in the face of the valance, one all the way across the front.
4) The shades are very cheaply built, the fabric is very cheap and very thin
5) The fabric was coming apart at the top were it attaches to the plastic connector.
6) overall, poor design, cheap material, very flimsy construction for $800.
7) Very disappointed, even though it was damaged and scratched we are still going to use them until we find another vendor.
Select Blinds needs to work on the packaging, shipping, and quit lying about the quality. Home Depot has better products for half the price and they are the worst of the worst. We were going to purchase several more of these and backed off because of the incredibly poor quality . Wish we could get our money back and go somewhere else.
Select Blinds State:
"A versatile, upscale window treatment to give you the privacy you need, while enjoying the incoming breeze. All without losing that amazing view through your large windows." The only thing "Upscale" is the price. The fabric is so light and cheap that the wind blows them around and twists the up.
