We ordered room darkening sheer shades for 4 windows in our new home. We measured, talked to one of your professionals for measuring advice and when the shades arrived they were too small for our windows. No problem we thought because it says right on the website don’t worry, will remake….hahaha remake 1 so our $1200 investment was now $1000 more. We ordered we waited, we waited, I was told they were back ordered until Jan of 2023. I called to ask why, was told that’s a mistake. By this time we’ve moved, I updated the address but the new blinds were sent to the wrong address and 1 got damaged. I called to get a replacement for the damaged shade and was told it would be another $1000 even though there was a 40% sale. I said no thanks and ordered it myself with the discount. This started in July, It’s October all the blinds are up. They do not open easily, the one with the cordless lift lasted 1week and will no longer open, a dust cover is missing and was sent to the wrong address. If I could give negative stars I would. If I ever hear the words “Love, love me do, you know I love you”, I will scream. The customer service is really bad. The product is poor quality.
