Looks okay

Disappointed in overall appearance. The colour ivory is pretty good. The 4 inches extra as explained is incorrect. It should be 8 inches longer because I can't open daylight view without showing bottom raíl. Material is okay but not superb. The cassette detatched itself while installing it. Was able to re assemble it. It looks okay.

Poor customer service

I have requsted a sample since the product I receives had a different color name. The told it will be sent within 3 business day but I have been waiting over a month with second request. There was a missing part and asked to send me asap. They said the part would be sent 10 days from the day I asked. Make no sense at all.

Cheap product

The blinds look beautiful but are glued together with cheap glue. I ordered 6 blinds and within 6 months 2 blinds have fallen down due to the end cap glue failing. The product is so cheap the replacement literally fell apart in shipment. When I submitted a warranty claim I am told to pop the end cap back on. It’s impossible to pop it back in when you have the pull string that has unwound in the process of breaking apart. Save your money and buy blinds that aren’t glued together.
