Our only complaint has to do with ordering through the website, so be careful when you order!!! We specifically went to the "corded top down/bottom up" feature and then specifically selected "roman shades" under the "Refine by" search. They only gave us 4 to choose from (we chose the Lifestyle), and when we went through the order setup, BOTH my husband and myself double-checked what we clicked on to make sure we got top down/bottom up. However, what was made and shipped to us was not what we expected - classic roman shades, as opposed to the top down/bottom up we ordered. We have no idea whose "oops" (their word on their site) it was, or if there was a glitch of some sort with the algorithms for all of the clicking, sorting, etc. (too many options for searching), or who knows what!
And of course, we weren't allowed to send it back for even an alteration, so we had to REORDER AND PAY ANEW (their policy) for a remake of two of the blinds that we ordered so that we could have the top down/bottom up that we need. We decided to keep the other two as classic so that we didn't have to pay any more for those, either.
Our situation could have been an anomaly, but unfortunately, it was a very disheartening and expensive anomaly. Their product is fantastic in an of itself, just be really careful when you order.
