Shades OK



The shades are fine but I'm concerned that the plastic beaded cord will break easily. We'll see. Also, there were 2 sets of instructions, one contained in a link with the order and one that was included with the hardware that came with the shades. The instructions in the link were very confusing but the ones that arrived with the shades were better.

Incorrect Size



I ordered custom blinds that were 13"W x 21"H and received blinds that are 11 5/8's inches wide and are 25 inches long. The over all width with everything installed doesn't even measure 13 inches wide. The price was right but I'm not happy with the results. I'd love to get a refund or send me the correct size blinds.

Two blinds were purchased for our outdoor shed to help with privacy and sun damage. Very satisfied with this purchase. This is the second order I’ve placed for these type of blinds, and will be placing another order soon for another shop’s windows.
